Divorce Lawyers Episode 4
An episode of coincidences, coincidences, and coincidences. But
they’re pretty awesome coincidences that are bound to keep you engaged.

Divorce Lawyers Episode 2
We’re still in setup mode as Shi Hai Dong prepares to bring
his divorce case to court. Interesting dynamics brew between him and Luo Li as
they encounter each other constantly for this case. Elsewhere in the show,
another couple is planning a marriage. A marriage in a show about divorce
lawyers, hm.

Divorce Lawyers Episode 1
I went into this drama thinking it wasn’t anything special
and I knew nothing about the actors. To be honest, I was rather reluctant in
the pairing because the male lead looked so old but he impresses me and the
female lead is awesome. They are seriously hilarious together and their
competitive nature is fun to watch. It took me a few episodes to fully engage
but some of the scenes are so laugh-out-loud worthy I had an urge to write
about them. Plus the divorce cases are treated with more heart than I thought.
All in all I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this as much as I did.

The Four Episode 1
My first exposure to The Four series was with the TVB
version and I loved it. I’m delving into this one hoping it’ll be even better. Don’t disappoint me! Although I’m a bit wary of why this took so
long to see the day of light when it was filmed ages ago. I’m hoping that having
a longer shelf life means better quality and not the opposite. Did I jinx anything?
If I were to summarize episode one right here I’d say it was
divided into two parts: the first chunk was purely to show off it`s CGI skills; the second part was dedicated to Janine Chang.

N no Tame Ni Review
This was my second attempt at watching this drama. The first
time, I didn’t like the opening because it was too dark for my liking at that
time. The second time, I still didn’t
like the opening but trudged on through because of all the year-end awards it
got. I mean there had to be something
about that drama that got mass attention, right? Otherwise, I would have missed
out on Kaseifu no Mita.
N no Tame Ni was a pleasant surprise for how light it actually was contrary to its dark premise and dark undertone. I was happy that my
ship never sank. More into the narrative, it wasn’t as brilliant as I had hoped
but the interconnection between each scenes and the intricateness of each
character’s resolve was tied neatly to one another making this an interesting
watch that reeled me in one episode after another. I will definitely be keeping tabs on Kubota Masataka’s and Eikura Nana’s
future projects.
One more thing! For those looking for an alternative ending, this review might give you a little hope.

My Sunshine 何以笙箫默 Episode 32 (Finale)
This last episode is pure fan service. Half of it is their re-imagination of the past. I didn't know dramas can do that.
