This drama is brought to you by a team well-versed in xianxia. At the helm is Guo Hu, who gyrated directed Only for Love, Mysterious Lotus Casebook, Immortal Samsara, etc, and the upcoming drama featuring Li Yi Tong and Liu Yu Ning. The screenplay is written by Zhao Na, whose previous works include Princess Agents, Love and Destiny and Arsenal Military Academy.

The original IP is 天下無雙 by 十四郎 ("Unparalleled in the World" by Lord 14). She also wrote Love and Redemption (Liu Xue Yi), Love of Thousand Years (Zheng Ye Cheng), and these upcoming dramas: Eternal Fragrance featuring Song Wei Long and Ju Jing Yi, and The Perfect Match starring Ren Jia Lun and Wang He Run (also gyrated by Guo Hu).
