Director Zhang Xiao An made a solid return this year with Always Home. He also directed Our Secret. Both were sweet coming-of-age/campus stories. But now he’s teasing us with an something a whole lot steamier – at least it appears to be.

Deep Affectionate Eyes was just Deep Eyes at one point (and I generally think less is more).

Wrapped on March 06, 2025 – only took a couple of months for this to be out.
