[First Impression (Ep1-)] After first, I was quite excited about this one and even recapped the first two eps. But then many months went by. -_-' 

[Actors/Actresses] It'd been a while since I'd watched anything with He Yu plus he's paired with Lu Yang Yang - they're ultra cute boring. Surprise bonus: Zhou Jun Wei.

I want to like this one more than I do. I tried to watch this three separate times before putting it on hold for many months. After recently watching When I Fly Towards You, I was finally persuaded to finish up this one…because Zhang Miao Yi and Jiang Zhi Nan are also in this one. But this one fell short of my already lowered expectations. Zhang Zi Jian grew on me over the course of this series.

Pros: 
✔️ Cute and outgoing ML (He Yu and his smirks!) 
✔️ Pretty FL (Lu Yang Yang’s onscreen charm)
✔️ Cute 2CP (Jiang Zhi Nan + Zhou Jun Wei)
✔️ Best bickering duo: He Yu + Zhang Zi Jian
✔️ Easy OST

Cons: 
➖ Plot is held together by cotton candy and floss. 
➖ Lackluster romance between FL and ML. Forever didi and jie jie in my mind.
➖ Zhang Miao Yi’s annoying character

I tried not to compare this one to My Fated Boy, so don’t expect anything like that here. This one has a sweet tone but it’s missing something - direction and lackluster chemistry between the leads. As a He Yu fan, you could also watch this easily and just skip through for his mischievousness. (I did.)
