[Ep1] They say ladies who are trained by Langya Pavilion are exceptional in wit and in skills. It is the same “Langya” as in Nirvana in Fire. The top two disciples are enlisted to train the Jiang cousins. Shui Wu Xia (FL) is assigned to Jiang Tian Lin, meanwhile Qi De Long is assigned to Jiang Bai Yu (ML).
[Ep3] "Shen Qing Lin" and Shui Wu Xia's search for the pendant brings them together again. He’s injured and she takes care of his wound. Back at home, Jiang Bai Yu's wound almost gives his Shen Qing Li identity away. However, Jiang Bai Yu doesn’t need the injury to give him away, his intelligence make Shui Wu Xia wonder just who is the real him.
[Ep4] Shui Wu Xia starts to fantasize Shen Qing Li in Jiang Bai Yu. But that can’t be!
[Ep5] Shui Wu Xia isn't sleeping with Jiang Bai Yu, she's guarding him 24/7 to prevent another escape. Jiang Bai Yu has to head out though, so he steals her medallion to threaten her. However, she's still following him. There’s an event in the city for a marriage with a random girl. Jiang Bai Yu volunteers himself to be the fiancé just to get rid of Shui Wu Xia but she flies on stage and declares him her man.
[Ep6] Both Shui Wu Xia and Jiang Bai Yu are very sick from visiting the same place to look for the pendant. Are they infected with the infectious disease? COVID-19 continues to infect our 2021 dramas. Shui Wu Xia prepares a medication for him. He doesn't want to drink it and neither does she. Thus they force-feed each other. The normal romantic medication scene is butchered by these two. But when she gets really sick, he tends to her despite him being very ill. After a good night sleep, they're both better. They're no longer feverish and their sense of smell is back. Happily, they hug each other.

[First Impression (Ep1-6)] Hm. Did our two girls do all that flipping action in the beginning just to sign up to be babysitters? Talk about underemployment.
[Dropped] Zhang Yao, I love you and because I love you, I will stop watching this. At its best, this is an “okay" drama for me.

Arriving in the city, Shui Wu Xia disguises as a boy to enter an auction site. She wants to bid for an item (pendant?) that belongs to her missing brother. Immediately, Jiang Bai Yu rips off her fake moustache, “Why do you girls think putting on a moustache will turn you into a man?” Exposed in a minute, nice. Jiang Bai Yu wins the auction against Shui Wu Xia but bandits appears to steal the pendant before he gets it. Shui Wu Xia fights them alone. Suddenly, Shen Qing Li (a half masked man) flies in to protect her. Coincidentally, Jiang Bai Yu disappeared. Why do you men think putting on a half mask hides your features? Zhang Yao, I see your eyes, nose and mouth perfectly fine.
Jiang Bai Yu appears to be a slacker and a player but secretly he’s skilled. His master is the brothel lady (Zhe Zhi). Jiang Bai Yu uses his "Shen Qing Li” identity to investigate his father's death. He remembers seeing the pendant on the murderer.
[Ep2] Somehow someway, as fate has it, Shui Wu Xia becomes Jiang Bai Yu’s trainer when neither want each other. She becomes the bane of his existence training him on this and that. She even shoots an arrow in his hair.

Shen Qing Li is back at Shui Wu Xia’s because his wound reopened. Why? Because of Shui Wu Xia ordering Jiang Bai Yu to do this and that. After tending to his wound, they have food together. He shares about his revenge and she reveals her brother was kidnapped during Mid-Autumn Festival. From then on, she doesn’t like admiring the moon. Shen Qing Li almost reached out to hold her hand to comfort her. In their conversation she also complained how her student (Jiang Bai Yu) is nothing like Shen Qing Li.
Before the night is over, they fly across the city hand in hand. He gives Shui Wu Xia his medallion.
There’s a problem next morning. Grandma Jiang lectures them for disappearing during the night. Shui Wu Xia’s responsibilities are to train her grandson and not to play around. Thus, Shui Wu Xia decides to sleep with Jiang Bai Yu.

A summary of the current romantic lines: Fang Yun Cheng (male servant) likes Qi De Long and she likes Jiang Tian Lin and he likes Shui Wu Xia and she likes Shen Qing Li who is actually Jiang Bai Yu. No one likes "Jiang Bai Yu", at least not for now.

[Ep7] Chinese Valentine's Day is here. Jiang Bai Yu notes how feminine his "Shui Ge" is. He calls Shui Wu Xia his "Bro". They bump into Jiang Tian Lin, Qi De Long and Fang Yun Cheng. Both Jiang Bai Yu and Shui Wu Xia need an excuse to leave; he wants to search for the pendant and she has a date with Shen Qing Li. They play a drinking game to make everyone else drunk. One of the questions asked to Shui Wu Xia is what type of man she likes. Jiang Bai Yu answers for her, knowing exactly what she likes. Basically it's the description of Shen Qing Li. In the end, it's only them who are still sober but since they both want to leave, they let each other off with random silly excuses.
Shui Wu Xia slows down at the market and spots a coloured glass bracelet she wanted. It brings well wishes to lovers who wear them. Jiang Bai Yu also passes by the same stall staring at the same bracelet.
[Ep8] The date doesn't work out.
Jiang Bai Yu bought the bracelets too. Using his Shen Qing Li identity, he wanted to give it to Shui Wu Xia but he drops it and it slides down the roof. That's why you drama people should stop meeting on the roof. Shui Wu Xia was just about to give him the bracelet but notices he's already got one on his wrist.
Shui Wu Xia's brother, Feng Wei Zhen, is alive but he's held captive (for all these years).
[Ep9] Feng Wei Zhen is a doctor and a scientist. His kidnapper wants him to research this thing. A longevity pill? Just guessing. That’s usually the answer.
Jiang Bai Yu was trying to give her hints that he is Shen Qing Li but it backfires. Now Shui Wu Xia thinks Shen Qing Li is playing with her heart.
Qi De Long is this close to killing Fang Yun Cheng. He placed a pill in her food and now she has a sword aimed at him. If it was not for his pillow (!) he’d be dead. Drama is being cheeky with the sword that can’t slice a pillow, right? Fang Yun Cheng says the pill is a truth pill. He just wanted to know Qi De Long’s feelings. This inspires Shui Wu Xia. She too uses the pill on Shen Qing Li for his real feelings. But it’s the wrong pill. It’s a stimulation pill. She doesn’t know about that switcharoo and so when Shen Qing Li sexually assaults her, she’s completely over him.
[Ep10] Shui Wu Xia thinks she's found her brother's (Xiao Kai Zhen) murderer but he's dead now. I assume her brother's title is Feng Wei Zhen (= Golden Tail Needle) and his real name is Xiao Kai Zhen.
Shen Qing Li wants to apologize but Shui Wu Xia won't hear of it. Her hair gets caught in his clothes again. This time, she cuts her hair to cut off any connection between them. Oh, but Grandma Jiang is right outside. Will Shen Qing Li be caught?

[First Impression (Ep1-6)] Hm. Did our two girls do all that flipping action in the beginning just to sign up to be babysitters? Talk about underemployment.
I was going to compliment Show on exposing our FL’s male disguise within a minute but Show shoots itself in the foot when our FL can't recognize the ML’s disguise. His mask hides nothing, every single feature of his are visible. She's selectively blind and then she's also supposed to be the top disciple in Langya Pavilion. I guess, in a way, the drama is being cheeky? I guess??
As much as I love Zhang Yao, I can’t blindly love this. The story is fairly simple and it doesn't leave a lot to be imagined. Zhang Yao and Wan Peng look more like buddies than a romantic couple.
[Actors/Actresses] This drama is a reunion of Zhang Yao and Wan Peng from When We Were Young (a great high school friendship romance drama). Zhang Yao was the second lead and now he gets his girl in completely opposite roles. She's the expert and he's the loafer (at least in appearance wise). One thing hasn't changed: Wan Peng is still the manlier one. Jiang Bai Yu consistently addresses Shui Wu Xia as "Shui Ge" (Ge = Bro).
[Title] The literal meaning of 白玉思無瑕 is a white jade (白玉) thinking of (思) perfection, without scratches (無瑕). More importantly, it’s a mashup of our CP’s name. Bai Yu (白玉) is thinking of (思) Wu Xia (無瑕).
[Dropped] Zhang Yao, I love you and because I love you, I will stop watching this. At its best, this is an “okay" drama for me.
