The fight sequence starting from this episode is so fun to watch.

Another notable arc was Yang Xiao's bittersweet love story. He's such a sweet dad and so loyal to Wu Ji. Her daughter's love story on the other hand was so creepy.
Overall: I remember waiting each week for the episodes to be released and be satisfied with how fast the plot kept moving. This set of cast brought new life to this story. I love Wu Ji's trusty group of wing men (especially Yang Xiao) who went from being enemies to frenemies to true buddies.

Remarks
Overall: I remember waiting each week for the episodes to be released and be satisfied with how fast the plot kept moving. This set of cast brought new life to this story. I love Wu Ji's trusty group of wing men (especially Yang Xiao) who went from being enemies to frenemies to true buddies.
Looooove the romance in this but it does take a while to get there. The first few episodes were ridiculously hilarious – more ridiculous than hilarious. I don’t know if it was being sarcastically funny or overly serious but it got the setup done rather quickly. After Wu Ji was born, I was sold on this drama and his journey to save the martial arts universe and to find his one true love.
