I don’t know what vibe Show is going for, but they’re like a cute father and son couple to me, honestly. LOL. I love how Dr. is begging Xue to return to his original form xD

It really looked like it would end badly for Tang Bu Yan. Her white hair was foreshadowed right from the beginning. She could actually die! But we all know it’s illegal for romcoms to end on a sad note and tada she woke up! I do mean tada because it was a “miracle” that she woke up and you know...what if it’s actually Li Cheng Xi’s dream and she didn’t wake up.....

Show is hinting that Ran Yan and Yun Gai Xue are our offscreen male-male couple, but they seemed more like father and son to me. I can’t help it when Yan Gai Xue has the brain of a toddler.

I thought there would be a redemption for Li Ji An, but he dies. What a sad life. His mother hated him from birth and his father ended his life. Does it get worse than that?

[Review & Rating]

Hello There performs exactly the way it looks: campy, cute romance with a silly story. And lots of kisses! If only Show wasn’t obsessed with giving our FL, Jin Mei Chen, all sorts of makeovers. She pulls off everything with her sweet smile, it’s just I can do without painting her face black (Ep16). 

Our ML is not a good actor (not sorry) but his Li Cheng Xi is a shy guy that tickles me. Flowers bloom when he’s in love. He also has an extreme obsession with symmetry, which makes him even cuter. He’s never forceful with our FL and always respects her.

Although this won’t be memorable, it was an entertaining and eventful 20 episode drama. The story takes some unpredictable turns with twins, a mask guy, a horrible father, a certain hidden identity, etc. 

Finally, with its low budget, Show gave us its best shot by using modern props and laughable fight choreography. Applause!
