• As of 2026, he's under Easy Entertainment (壹心娛樂) alongside many, many actors: Bai Yu, Zhou Yu Tong, Mark Chao, Fei Qi Ming, Tong Yao, Chen Hao Sen, Ma Yi Li, Zhang Xue Ying, Fan Shuai Qi, Ma Si Chun, Wang Yang, Wang Tian Chen, etc. This label has a style.
• His birth name was 李晛, also pronounced Li Xian. 晛 refers to the "appearance of sunlight after rain". He later changed it to 现, meaning "present" or "current." Nothing meaningful here. 现 was just easier to input into the computer system when applying to the Beijing Film Academy. Meanwhile, his Weibo handle is 李現ing is a little wittier. It's a bilingual joke, where 現 and -ing mean the same – the present (tense).
• He's part of that club of actors who can practically live off one role. Not meant dismissively, because that's a reflection of just how enormous of a hit Go Go Squid! was. (Ren Jia Lun and Wang He Di are in the same unofficial club with Under the Power and Love Between Fairy and Devil, respectively. Basically, one role can pay them rent for years. Ya.)
