• Crown prince miraculously finds his love in the middle of the street
• How is it fair that Ming Hui gets a happy ending in both time frames? How? She's such a complicated and tormented character. This drama could have easily made her the main character instead of Ming Wei. She's forced to thrive as she gets framed by her sister and almost killed by a tiger. Her love for 14th is so great she can risk her life and scheme to control the entire palace to take the throne for him. Imagine if the drama was built around her instead. 
• It’s romantic how Yin Xiang leaves traces of their love for her to find in the present time. I would like to assume he travels to her time rather than a reincarnation because that would mean he died a lonely death as 13th. So he definitely traveled just like she did and lost his memories and its her turn to seduce him.

Last Remarks

Heard about the hate; heard about the love; I'm neutral about this drama. Really liked the beginning in the modern times when they first met and fell in love. Lost interest after she travels back in time, then stayed interested for two episodes when they got married, and then lost interest again until episode 38. I don't understand why everyone falls in love with her. I only picked it back up after episode 19 because I knew it was a happy ending and the scenes weren't draggy. Am a fan of the actress from Never Gone (in fact loved all the actors there), maybe that's why I had a bit more tolerance.
