This one comes from the director of Lighter and Princess, Because of Love (2022), My Sunshine, and plenty more of that angsty rom(-com) goodness. But the screenwriting comes from Chen Yan and Chen Shu who wrote The Stage (2020) and The Hope (2023) respectively. Both are very different genres from what Second Chance Romance looks like.

It's (at least) Director Liu Jun Jie third time working with Wallace Chung. But that's not all. Wallace Chung also lead Memories of Love, another adaptation from this same author, Qing Shan Luo Tu.
