She tattles: His right foot tripped over his left and he fell down. XD!

I love how three of four are barely repressing their laughter for this scene.

[First Impression (Ep1-4)] Hard for me to resist this one given who the two wisecracking female leads are: Wang Zhen Er and Li Yuan. This moves along pretty quickly. FLs can work together but they don't work the same way. Psychological profiling v. evidence. I don't like the way they're presenting the use of psychology. For now, I'll overlook it... Update: Cannot overlook this. It ruins the series.

[Ending] Open happy. More mayhem to come?

If you're expecting Under the Skin (2022)  just turn around and walk away already.

Wang Zhen Er and Li Yuan brought me here. A good cast was wasted though. Making it clear that I am not a fan of Liu Lin Cheng's Ning Zhi Yuan – not the character nor the actor himself.

Forensic psychology – Did they even try? They’ve essentially compiled the prerequisite materials to enter Psychology 101 and then printed off a degree for Wang Zhen Er’s character.

The first 14 episodes of this series had some interesting cases. I found the incinerator case (case no. 7) to be quite disturbing, tragic, yet bittersweet. Remaining 7 episodes are mostly about the main underlying case / mystery of three years ago.

不对 bùduì, meaning not right / “something's off” is overused. Ironically, it actually applies to this series. Save your 12.25 hours for something else.
